Pools made of Thermo wood (Standard Thermo line and Premium line) require impregnation solely for aesthetic purposes, as Thermo wood itself is resistant to weather conditions. However, pools made of natural spruce wood should be regularly impregnated to protect the wood from the effects of time.
Each pool is equipped with a filter pump as standard. You can individually select elements from our offer for your pool, such as heat pump heating, an INTEGRATED wood-fired stove, a pool cover, a pool chemical dosing device, underwater LED lighting, counter-current gadgets, and more. Premium line pools are already equipped with ready-made sets of devices depending on the model.
We deliver our pools to customers ready for connection and commissioning. Depending on the situation, we offer delivery with unloading on the part of the Customer, as well as delivery with our vehicle equipped with a boom. The terms of delivery are always discussed individually to ensure each customer is fully prepared for delivery.
According to Article 29, paragraph 2, point 13, we do not need to report the construction of a home swimming pool and do not require a building permit if the pool does not exceed 50 square meters.
Our product features a very solid construction; however, to use it properly, the subsoil must be well prepared. It should be even and hardened. It is best to pave it with cobblestones, tiles, pour concrete, or place concrete blocks at specific points. A wooden, yet solid, terrace for matching is also an option. This will further increase the pool’s lifespan and ensure safety during use.
In addition to the solid construction and finish of the pool, each one also comes standard with a sand filter pump, external stairs, and an entry ladder. Depending on the chosen model, fittings and additional accessories can be selected individually.
The operating costs of a pool depend on many factors, such as the size of the tank, frequency of use, filtration system, heating, and chemicals used. Monthly maintenance costs for a garden pool depend on the intensity of use, water quality, and applied technologies.
Depending on the customer’s needs, we can equip the pool with an electric heat pump or an integrated wood-fired stove. Each has its advantages and unavoidable disadvantages, so before purchasing, we invite you to contact us so we can advise on the appropriate solution.
With proper care and regular use of chemicals, a complete water change in a garden pool is recommended once a year. Additionally, it is advisable to replenish the water by about 3–5% of the pool’s volume weekly to compensate for evaporation losses and maintain appropriate water quality. The current water condition in the pool should be continuously monitored, and actions taken based on observations.
Various chemicals are used to maintain water purity in a pool, including:
- chlorine – the most commonly used disinfectant, available in tablet, granular, or liquid form,
- pH regulating agents – maintaining an appropriate pH level (7.0–7.4) is essential for effective disinfection,
- algaecides – prevent the growth of algae in the water,
- flocculants – help remove fine impurities by combining them into larger particles that are easier to filter out.
Alternatively, for individuals sensitive to chlorine, active oxygen-based agents are available, which are gentler on the skin and eyes.
The appropriate water temperature throughout the year in our SPA tubs is ensured by a 3kW electric heater with a circulation pump.
If you plan to use the SPA tub during winter, it is equipped with a controller with a water maintenance system that activates when the temperature drops below a few degrees Celsius, protecting against freezing. Simultaneously, the programmed automatic water circulation and filtration system regularly cleans and mixes the water. Additionally, it is recommended to tightly cover it with a thermal insulation cover and optionally a protective cover.
The cost of maintaining a tub is individual, as it depends on the frequency of use, water quality in the circuit, maintenance methods, and prevailing weather conditions throughout the year. However, consistent care for water quality and tub installation naturally leads to lower operating costs.

Yes, our garden SPA jacuzzis are adapted for year-round use. Thanks to their solid aluminum construction, acrylic basin, weather-resistant casing, and advanced systems, you can enjoy relaxation in warm water both in summer and winter. However, it is worth remembering that winter is a period when special care should be taken to properly secure the devices so that they can serve for many years. All recommendations are described in the operating manual for our devices.
To maintain water purity in the SPA tub, we recommend regular use of appropriate chemicals designed for water care, such as chlorine or active oxygen. It is also important to maintain the correct pH level and regularly clean the filters. Additionally, we recommend periodic water changes, depending on the intensity of use.
