About the Warranty
Our products are covered by a 24-month warranty. If any problem arises, we always approach it individually and resolve it in consultation with the client. Depending on the situation and requirements, we offer various options, such as: sending a replacement part, providing a service technician, or reimbursing costs incurred in resolving the problem.
The warranty conditions (what is covered and what is excluded from liability) are precisely described in the warranty card that we provide with the product. If you have any questions, our advisors are happy to help—just contact us!
How to Report a Defect?
Before reporting a defect, please ensure that the device has been prepared and started according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and that any repair requires additional assistance from a consultant.
If any problem arises with the delivered product, we warmly invite you to an initial phone conversation. Most problems can be resolved during the first contact. To submit a complaint by email, please describe the problem in detail, attach photos or videos clearly showing its nature, and send the message. We respond to submitted reports as quickly as possible.
Additionally, we remind you that regular maintenance and adherence to the product usage guidelines described in the manual significantly extend its lifespan and protect against damage not covered by the warranty. Remember that taking care of your device is the best way to avoid unnecessary failures and enjoy the product for a long time.
What Does the Ordering Process Look Like?
Order Placement by the Client
The ordering process begins by selecting the target product or a base for an individual project on our website. You can go through the ordering process completely independently or with the help of our consultant, who will assist in pricing the entire order. Our offer is appropriately divided into categories where you can conveniently find the object of interest. Most products have their own configurator, which allows you to select the appropriate elements or variants. The prices and specifications of each product and additional elements are completely transparent and available for review before purchase.

Production Commencement
Before starting production, we establish a preliminary completion date with the client so that every detail can be carefully planned later. After selecting the appropriate elements, placing the order, and finalizing the details, we proceed to the implementation process. Each of our products is made exclusively to the client’s order. We select the appropriate materials, prepare the structures, and create implementations according to the order placed with us.
Product Construction Process Based on Client Needs
We begin processing the supplied materials entirely in-house—step by step, using an advanced machinery fleet and experienced operators. Each structural element is precisely fitted and carefully inspected for quality and durability. We then proceed to construct the structure, prepare the installations, and finish the product.
Product Shipment to the Client
After completing the construction, we thoroughly inspect the product and secure it for delivery.
In accordance with prior arrangements with the client, we organize shipment with unloading or leave its organization to the client. We plan every stage of delivery to ensure the order arrives safely and on time.
Product Ready for Use!
We deliver products assembled. However, most solutions require basic initial adjustment and power connection, which remains the responsibility of the customer. Answers to any questions or necessary instructions regarding startup can be obtained from our advisors.
